April 11th, 2007 - Call Recording is Just the Beginning
Join ATP in April as we discuss another timely topic: "Call Recording is Just the Beginning: Strategies for Managing Liability, Quality Assurance and Training."
We will meet at the Asian Cuisine 8008 N. High St. one mile North of Worthington and a half mile north of I270.

Most call centers today record incoming and outgoing calls,
but fail to take advantage of the wealth of information contained in those
recordings. Darin Cooper, Systems Engineer and CTO of Sound Communications,
will share a variety of ways in which call recordings provide a platform for:
*Preventing fraud,
demonstrating regulatory compliance, and managing liability in he said/she said
situations
*Driving
increased sales and better customer service through improved quality assurance
programs
*Enhancing agent
performance and decreasing turnover through improved training programs, and
more.
Long-time ATP member Sound Communications is an industry

panel discussion among several call recording users who have put these
