Topic: VoIP: Is it Living UP to the Hype?
The ATP
has arranged for several VoIP presentations in the past. This time several
speakers will give us their view point of VoIP following or during
implementations of various kinds. The meeting site will be at OCLC, 6565 Frantz
Road, Dublin, OH 43017. Parking is free.
Bill
Kline, President of Kline Communications will share his experience installing
and supporting network and premise based systems. Mr. Kline’s presentation will
also include “Open Source” asterisk based systems, Microsoft based systems and
other Hybrid systems as well including “Hosted” IP PBX Systems to small
businesses.
Craig Tait,
Cisco Consulting Systems Engineer, will focus on business transformation using
Cisco’s Unified Communications solutions.
Dave
Rhinehart of AEP will give the membership an update on AEP’s large enterprise
Cisco VoIP deployment.
The
meeting fee is $20 for members and $30 for non-members. To pre-register go to
