Topic:        The State of the Telecommunications Industry:
                                  Looking Forward in a Dynamic Environment

ATP is pleased to present an Important and Timely Symposium featuring the most prominent Regulators and Industry Leaders in the State of Ohio!!

    The Symposium will feature two Panels of Experts: The first will address current issues from the Perspective of the Public Sector; and the second will address current issues from the Perspective of the Industry itself.

ATP is pleased to have Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) Commissioner Ronda Hartman Fergus; and Deputy Consumers' Counsel (OCC) Bruce J. Weston, address current and prospective issues confronting the Regulatory Processes within the State of Ohio, and to share with us firsthand their insights into the forward–looking roles and polices of their respective Offices designed to assure that the business and residential consumers within the State of Ohio will have the necessary and appropriate telecommunications services and infrastructure we will need to carry us forward successfully well into the new millennium.

ATP is further pleased to have Michael E. Kehoe, Vice President, AT&T, Ed Kozelek, Executive Vice President and Legal Counsel, Ohio Cable Telecommunications Association, and Douglas Kinkoph, Legal and Regulatory Council, XO Communications address current regulatory, service and business related issues from the perspective of the telecommunications service providers.

    The Panel Format will not only provide an opportunity to hear the views of the experts firsthand, but will also provide a forum for discussion and interaction with members of the audience. Come prepared to ask that question that has been on your mind. This is an unprecedented opportunity to hear the answer firsthand. This Symposium will provide an excellent opportunity for you to become better informed regarding your potential business opportunities and decisions.
